Description: Stage 2 flywheel - M5 clutch conversion for all M20 i engine models. This package uses an 8.5lb flywheel platform with the correct ring gear for the E30 325i (and other models using the M20 i-series engine) and the complete clutch kit from the E34 M5 3.6l. Even though the flywheel weight is only 8.5lbs the heavier E34 M5 clutch package gives the overall performance gain of a conventional E30 lightweight flywheel of around 12lbs with E30 clutch. Direct access to the larger clutch disk size of the E34 M5 (240mm) and greater clamping force of the superior E34 M5 pressure plate for high-powered modified cars and for greater longevity than the smaller original clutch. Even when using a standard OE-replacement E34 M5 clutch its the equivalent of a performance E30 clutch.
